Who We Are
ISA was founded in 2004 as a generalist HR management and recruitment consultancy and we have enjoyed consistent growth in both our client base and range of services. In 2005, responding to client demand, we launched Bell Shaw Consultants to focus on delivering retained search assignments with the goal of connecting great candidates with great clients across the UK. In 2007, ISA became a consulting partner to The Holst Group, which allows ISA to offer our own in house psychometric testing and a wide range of training services in the critical areas of innovation and communication, including Dr Edward de Bonos 6 Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking.
Since 2004, there have therefore been many significant developments in our work and in support of this growth, our own network of consultants has increased. We have achieved this growth with continuity of both people resources and client service and the majority of our original consultants still successfully deliver services for ISA.
